"The hotel and the staff absolutely exceeded my expectations!!!!!! at check-in she cared for our luggage and got my son and I a pastry, then text us a few hours later that our room was ready for early check-in. They had even taken our luggage up to the room already. The gentleman in the evening answered all our questions. And they pre-ordered a taxi for us, which was right on time. I would definitely stay there again!!!!!"

"Terrific stay, location in the winding streets of the Spanish quarter but a block from bustling pedestrian Toledo, easy to get everywhere. Our room had a lovely terrace, was silent and comfortable. Great shower!!!"

"J'ai tout aimé. Le personnel est très sympathique, toujours prêt à rendre service. Ils parlent français. La chambre était calme et confortable, avec une terrasse. Excellent petit déjeuner. L’emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier sympa, tout près de la via Toledo et du théâtre San Carlo, on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Pour ma prochaine venue à Naples, je ne chercherai pas ailleurs !"

"I was concerned about staying in Naples because 20 years ago I visited and didn't feel safe. But I can heartily recommend Il Convento. The location is parallel to Via Toledo, which is a busy shopping street, with a metro station just a few minutes from the hotel. It is safe (if you can avoid the psycho scooter drivers that are everywhere in Naples) and convenient for most things in the historic centre. The room was well equipped. Although it looked a little dated, everything was clean and in a good condition. Beyond that, the hotel provided extras that the more expensive hotel I stayed in afterwards didn't for example: slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a razor, a comb and free bottled water. The shower was a powerful waterfall shower and it was heavenly. One of the best showers I've ever experienced. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the tv, where the majority of channels didn't work. This may have been fixable, but I didn't ask so I don't know. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave good advice for places to eat. Staying there in November, the price was excellent value for money, and I would have no qualms about staying there again if I returned to Naples."

"It was a great experience, from check-in to check-out! The room was clean, with everything I needed, and what I didn’t have, I asked for, and they delivered immediately. Breakfast 5*, tasty and fresh (savory and sweet options, saladas, cheese, milk, juice…). Receptionists were amazing, helpfull and kind, always in a good mood, I just can’t thank the entire staff enough! Keep up the good work!"
